In seriousness, nothing is ever disallowed ever on any diet. Everything has consequences though. I eat meat, mince, organ meat, mince, eggs, white brine cheese, and shitton of butter and lard.
Sometime I get cream, but it's rather sweet.
Eliminating almost everything and reintroducing items/classes of items slows allows careful observation of the effects the have on you.
e.g., plant shit gives me bad breath, bloating, dry mouth; i take caffeine powder rather than coffee (and bc it's cheaper); no fucking nuts; no fucking vegetable oils other than coconut (or palm)

I would say do keto for awhile first. That gives the digestive track some time to adjust. After at least a few weeks of keto then a basic carnivore diet would be: eggs, bacon, beef, lamb, fatty fish, beef/chicken/pork liver, chicken wings and thighs. When I do carnivore I also do raw leafy greens. Drink only water, coffee, tea.
