With that many options to avoid it? Yes, it's a fucking meme. Basically any other intolerance or allergy is worse, involving literal risk of death , intestinal damage, all sorts of side effects, you name it. And they can't be bypassed by a pill. Lactose intolerance is the most minor issue I can think of.
