I need help and advice on adopting a raw carnivore/primal diet. Dont b!tch about parasites or whatever, just give me advice.
My diet would ideally consist of
>raw eggs
>raw milk
>bone broth
>raw meat, organs, brain, cow pig and chicken etc
>blood with vinegar
>fat (the yellow stuff)

how do i make sure i get high quality of this stuff? Is it hard to get raw milk and grass-feed animal's meat? should I avoid the eggs and bone broth and focus 100% on meat?

I don't do raw primal or even proper keto but i incorporate all of these foods into my diet, except blood, which is hard to get where i live. I eat like 50/50 raw/cooked for variety, organs always raw because of nutrition. Fruits, sweet potato, white rice for energy. If you're coming from the standard western diet i would recommend doing that first before you go fully raw primal unless you're extremely determined. This diet can be hard to adapt to otherwise. Call your local farm if they sell this stuff, look for good butcheries, organic supermarkets. I can only get raw milk and butter directly from farms where i live. Eggs and bone broth are great, if only for variety and hydration.

>primal
Full carnivore is not primal. Isotope analysis, which is the best tool we have for this, puts most ancient humans over 80% animal foods but definitely not 100%. It's also not difficult to get raw milk nor grass-fed meat locally if you look around your area. I live in Phoenix and there are 3 supplier I switch from all the time. Go to the farmer's markets in your city, there is bound to be some rancher trying to sell meat to the other hipster kids.
