Just got a new Dyna Glo. Not a high-end grill, but it's serviceable. I don't do a ton a grilling, just the typical meats and whatnot, maybe once a week on average. Steaks and chops mostly.

Also natural gas master race. Fuck charcoal and fuck propane.

i have a few grills actually, one is a very small camping grill, one is propane cylinder grill and the other one is charcoal grill... i usually just roast potatoes and corn and steak.... once i got someone to do a skewer with mushrooms and beef cuts and onions and bell peppers. it was okay... i don't use h1 sauce or montreal steak seasoning usually just use butter and some salt and pepper. i use steak seasoning on my potatoes lol....

bbq is roasting, grilling just requires high heat....... so cooking over an open fire is bbq and cooking over a pan or a pot or a flat surface is grilling!

Excited for the first pulled pork of the year. I use meatheads recipe and it has been outstanding.

Standard Weber 22”. Anyone ever build a table to go around one? Plans online seem meh, I might just go at it with 2x4s and a clear coat. PT wood for the legs

TableTops are kind of cool. I used to have one and used it a lot for beach parties. Mine was a little smaller than pic rel and could be carried with one hand.

<--Gonna build one of these and crucify a small caf seasoned with pepper and slapped with hot salt water using a bay leaf branch. Over a period of 5 hours. It turns out juicy salty and crispy.

i was thinking of going for the mexican style with lime and cilantro on the taco, but I’d go butter, garlic and lemon otherwise

I enjoy cooking some chicken leg quarters low and slow for about 2 hours. I only use salt on them. They come out smokey and fall apart delicious.

I'm from argentina, so bear with me, but why people in general cook their meat like this? it is fucking raw, and unhealthy. Undercooking is not the way to keep it juicy.

Here we slow cook it with embers, not directly into the flame
