One of my worst experiences cooking was when I cut up a bunch of brown habeneros, washed my hands with soap, went to the toilet and left with my penis burning, washed my hands with soap again, ate lunch and then washed my hands 3 more times afterwards
Around 1 hour later my hands just started burning non stop, it was so excruciating that I couldn't concentrate and it wouldn't go away no matter what I did so that I thought I had some weird nerve disease or something and began to panic
Soaked my hands in milk but it didn't help, washed it with detergent and it didn't help
Used an ice pack and it barely helped
Ended up leaving my hand in a bath of ice until I could go to bed and I just tried my best to ignore the pain while I was trying and failing to fall asleep
Was not a fun experience, gl op

I remember the time I cut a decently hot pepper, whatever is generally above jalapeno, and had a small burning underneath my nails and fingertips. No where else really. It wasn't too intense, but was still irritating. I tried all the tricks but nothing worked.

Maybe Im a retard but I cook with chilis constantly and my hands never burn. I also do all that “gay” skin care and have soft girly hands, so maybe you have a skin condition you should ask a dermatologist about if youre that sensitive to it. Hope it feels better.
