What canned fish has bones you can taste and which do not? I got a can a while back that "had bones but you can't even tell" and there was a whole crunchy spine in it. Trying to find some without bones.

Do I look for a certain thing like mackerel fillets? sardines? Is anyone experienced with canned fish?
