Been to a few throughout the US, hit or miss definitely. Quality either amazing or overly salty.
Best tip is to get the cuts you like and enjoy them while they're hot, turn down the shitty stuff like the chicken and don't load up at the salad bar.

I haven't been to one in years, but they're a tonne of fun. I don't know how the atmosphere or service would be like now if you live somewhere with memeflu restrictions. The one I went to used to have live music on the weekends plus samba dancers on Friday nights.

It's usually an "all-you-can-eat" affair where they're constantly bringing around skewers of meat on display. Go hungry and make sure to try everything. These places also usually offer filler dishes like salads, rice, etc. but try not to get sidetracked. Get something to cleanse your palate but remember you're there for the meat.
