I didn't make the top completely black (like some recipes tell you to) since I thought that'd be overdoing it. Just a nice golden brown.

Also I'm thinking of making a flambe for it. Like a rum sauce or Grand Marnier or something like that. Is that a good thing to do with cheesecakes? Oh who am I kidding I came up with this idea so it's obviously going to be good ;)
