I give recipient:

1 onion, finely chopped
2 inches of finely chopped leek
Lots of garlic, chili & ginger, finely chopped
1-2 spoons of red curry paste
1 can of coconut cream.
Shrimp
Cod
Fish sauce to taste
Like to taste

Do as you’d do when making curry. Fry aromatics, add onion, let it cook for a while. Add curry paste, then coconut cream. Add fish sauce and lime to taste. When done, throw shrimp and cod into, until cooked.
Serve with carb of choice, we made bread rolls as my gf don’t like rice

I used a mix of two swedish recipes because it was an experiment to see if a sourdough yeast would screw up the taste of sweet dough (thumbs up from those who tried it). I googled around to see what comes closest and there seem to be a lot of variations around but the one I got first was the most accurate as well.

https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/homemade-monkey-bread-aka-cinnamon-roll-bites/

My personal tips would be to add some kind of nuts so they end up on top at the end and using mostly muscovado sugar or some equivalent for that nice sort-of musty light brown coating when it melts around the balls. Don't stack it too high or the bottom will be mush and the top hard. Expect a bit more effort than cinnamon rolls.

Here's one I made a few years ago using regular yeast.

Pasta with shredded meat sauce. The meat is lamb, the sauce was made with lamb stock that was used to simmer the meat with along with aromatic vegetables and the cooking fat, all reduced until it was basically a gravy and finished with mint.
It's not nearly as dry as the picture makes it look, the sauce just doesn't discolor the pasta very strongly.

first try, made with food processor. everything is easy but takes 5min per side so its a bitch without a huge pan that actually spreads heat evenly.
i tried to drain the potatoes in a sieve pressing them by hand afterwards - either gotta do it in smaller portions or just use a fucking cheesecloth. tho to be fair at 2 large potatoes to egg to tbsp flour to .5 small onion i had zero issue with them falling apart so for now i dont see water as too big an issue.
hated them as a kid because grandma drowned them in fucking oil, but i fried each batch in maybe 1.5 tsp olive and had no issues.

The only part that needs recipe is the sauce I think. It is cream, a bit of chicken stock, butter, (enokitake) mushrooms, spinach and wallnuts

Cream and spinach (buy fresh ones, all I had one those frozen schredded ones. which does not give the texture) is a great base for sauces. Then add whatever you wish

The salad has aubergine in it, my favorite salad.

That "steak" is 40% gristle. Buy a london broil, it's usually a cheap cut, salt it nicely the day before you cook it then next day sear and cook until medium rare. Slice very thinly against the grain.

You seem to know your shit about asian food.
I'm wanting to make a chinese recipe. These are the main ingredients:
. chicken (small bits)
. bamboo slices
. chinese shrooms
. soy sauce
. oyster sauce? (I've gotten this from yt videos doing the recipe)
Any tips I wanna emulate this dish they do in chinese restarurants over here in spain. Somehow some of them don't have it in their menu, but you ask for it and they all come with the same exact recipe 100%. Enjoyed best served with a dish of rice, so you can mix the two in your fork.

eh, I won't pretend I'm a connoisseur but I've been studying chinese cuisine a bit these days.
Aside from the ingredients and the technique in the video, you should look into finding dark soy sauce (a fair bit darker and stickier so the coating looks more "full"), black vinegar, shaoxing/cooking wine and sesame oil. But yeah, oyster sauce in those types of stir fry makes a good deal of difference, personally I use hoisin instead because I prefer the taste though
