For sweets there are plenty of brands that use sugar alcohol as sweeteners. Atkins snacks, Rebel ice-cream, etc. For bread Mission makes a line of high fiber tortillas called 'Carb Balance' that have 2-3 net carbs per tortilla. They're not the greatest tortillas but they're about the same as most store bought ones.
Personally I only craved the sweeter stuff for a couple of weeks so haven't had the atkins stuff for a while, but the tortillas are nice every few weeks to have a bona-fide taco Tuesday and not just sloppa in a bowl.

Yes I have, strawberry frosting with sprinkles was called 'The Homer' at some donut joint I've been to in Vegas and it's also pretty ubiquitous at donut shops in North Texas (although not called that).

If anybody wants to know, dieting for fat loss is very simple, it's just not an easy task. You're weight basically follows CICO. Calories In, Calories Out. If you intake more calories than you burn off then you will gain weight whether it is muscle or fat. If you burn off more calories than you intake then you will lose weight whether it is muscle or fat. Your body likes to lose muscle and retain fat. You will gain fat faster, gain muscle slower, lose fat slower, lose muscle faster. Whether you are trying to gain muscle or lose fat you need to do some sort of resistance training to encourage muscle development and encourage fat burning. This means you got to lift weights to maximize your efficiency in burning fat and gaining muscle. You can kind of gimp the system a bit through special diets. The two basic building blocks are carbs and fats. If you cut one out your body won't have the means to produce fat cells. This is the basic premise behind Keto. I don't really advise it because it's very restrictive and not a sustainable diet.

Aside from that all you have to do is make sure you're eating whole foods, lots of protein, fiber, vitamins, nutrients, and minerals, etc. If you're looking to just maintain your weight at your level of fitness then calorie counting is honestly the best thing you can do. Just make sure you're intaking about as much as you burn off.
