I'm trying to make a power play at my kitchen.
Basically, I'm with my executive sous chef in a bid for power to get her to head chef, I'd then get her position, but our company keeps hiring different people for the head chef position which means I'm constantly having to undermine them until they burn out.
It's been about 6 months and we've destroyed 3 head chefs but I need a permanent solution that doesn't involve leaving the company.
Any suggestions are welcome.

She does it. That's why we're sick of training FNGs to work in our kitchen since we know it way better.
If she had the power and authority full time then we could make it a great kitchen but we have to put greatness on hold every other month for some shitbird that worked at a resort once.
