I think the shamrock was just a green food colored peppermint-vanilla flavor, right? It was once lemony-limey with the mint too, but more like just sugary peppermint candy flavor now. Good luck.

The morningstar farms sells a good knockoff of the mcrib, vegan of course, and the actual mcrib boneless pork patties I used to see it in the freezer section at Walmart, probably En-core or banquent brands, something low end like that. You can just buy country style ribs and oven bake them with good smoky bbq to simulate it at home, since it has a mix of dark and light meat pork muscle, it'll work.
