Those "Various other restaurants" are just ghost kitchen companies, usually kitchens set up in storage units or trailers from a company that receives the brand licenses and menus they then prepare in their tiny kitchens and put it up on delivery apps

I have lots of experience for one of these companies and the employees are routinely lazy, none of them wash hands, they do up to 4-5 "Restaurants" per ghost kitchen, and I have literally never seen any of these kitchens use a thermometer on the meat in all my time working for them, half of the employees don't even understand how to use a sanitizer bucket

If you order from a burger place you might be getting food from a place that also serves tacos, sushi, fried desserts, usually two other burger brands
For example one of the MrBeasts is also a Papa Murphy's Pizza and a fucking Taco restaurant, and they only have 2-3 employees on at any given time, so quality drops like a bitch during rushes

This is why the Mr.Beast menu fucking sucks and why the 'Beast Style Fries' is just throwing random burger condiments onto fries, it's to make prep efficient and use as little ingredients as possible, honestly smart but you're better off getting any other fast food joint because they have standards far above ghost kitchens
