Crispy if its fresh. However the bags they put the sandwiches in are foil lined and wrapped tight, keeping them warm but also making them soggy if they sit in for too long. If its popular enough that they keep running through stock or you know the timings they'll have them freshly made otherwise know the one flaw of chic-fil-a.

I really like arby's and have no idea why it gets so much hate. People act like the only thing you can order at the place is their shitty roast beef sandwich. Just about everything other than their roast beef is fucking good. Their market fresh sandwiches are like something you will get from a mall sandwich shop and not a fast food place. Popeyes is hit or miss for me. When the Mexicans are on shift it's fantastic. When it's the white kids, I go somewhere else because it's 100% going to be trash. I live in a former KKK town, so there's not many black people willing to move in or work there.
