I used to take pictures of everything I ate, but not for the reasons you might think.

I was fat. I mean FAT. Fat to the point of being very, very unhealthy. I was they typical fatty /ck loves to rail about. I didn't like being fat. But I was fat and oh well.... Then... I came up with the idea of photographing everything I ate. I began taking pictures of everything that went into my face. At the end of each day, I'd look at the pictures. You know what? I felt a bit ashamed. Stupidly ashamed. I was fat, and here was why. Lots of carbs, fat and salty sugary stuff.

I began trying to eat better so that my food pictures wouldn't be so shame evoking. I ate less. I ate better. I began to feel better and I kept taking pictures.

I still take pictures. I'm still a bit fat, but not as fucking FAT as I was before. There you go /ck. Do with that as you will.
