I like John Kirkwood. He does a lot of baking stuff but also some traditional food videos.
I like his videos because he does a good job at making his recipes easy to follow. And any small talk he injects into his videos are limited to a couple sentences. He isn't going to fill his videos with unwanted lore.
He's like the English grandfather you never had.
