They won't do anything. Hell, the only time servers will actually care about the tip is if the table was particularly bothersome, and only then they'll just complain to the other staff for a bit.
My wife and I both have worked all over the place at various restaurants and not once have we seen anyone fuck with a customer's food. Not even fast food places. Getting a couple minutes of smug satisfaction is not worth losing a job over.
