I'm no entomologist but that sounds like bullshit. Roaches are attracted to literal filth, you don't see crickets infesting hoarders home and garbage dumps. If roaches were more nutritious then certainly we would be feeding live/dried roaches to exotic pets like lizards instead of crickets. Also if they were more nutritious we would see people eating them. You can go on YouTube and see videos of third worlders eating disgusting shit like monkeys dogs spiders scorpions and all other sorts of bugs bit I've never seen anyone voluntarily eat a roach for sustenance.

That applies more to fast food that anything. Also bugs are a good source of protein and are cheaply produced and sold.
