I have been avoiding eating out because I don't trust thatmy food won't in some way be messed with either (very implausibly) by someone malicious such as in op's webm, or by someone who cannot follow the right food safety practices because they are overworked or lazy, both very common in the food service realm. I think it is more likely that casual violations of food safety happen 100s of times during a typical day in every food establishment than not. So if I were to eat out I'd choose foods that get heated into and beyond safety temperature zone like grilled chicken and avoid uncooked items like salads and sushi.
