I have no mixers or other alcohols in the house.
What the fuck am I supposed to do with this?

Either on ice or in coffee, depending on how high your tolerance is I wouldn’t recommend getting drunk off of it, you’ll be stuck on the toilet all of the next day and the hangover is horrific

Every Christmas my Mum would buy a bottle of this and in the evening we'd have warm mince pies with custard and a glass of Baileys.

Since this thread is a mess, I will commandeer it. Im about to hit up a liquor store so I can get some gin and try a Tom Collins. Any brand I should try? I've had tanqueray which I like and beefeater which was meh. Any other good simple gin drinks to try? All I have in the house is vodka and apple schnapps.

I had a drink made with "The Botanist" gin, best liqour I've ever had. Haven't seen it anywhere and I'd imagine its fairly pricey, but it was good stuff.
Maybe make a gimlet. Never had one but it has a funny name

Go out to the grocery and get some tonic, and have gin and tonic. Assuming you aren't in the southern hemisphere.
My own preference for G&T (among what I've tried this summer) is Tanqueray > Gordon's > New Amsterdam.

Didn't have Botanist, but they did have tanqueray and it was way cheaper than I remember so I got a whole handle. Also didn't see tonic water, but I did get club soda for the Tom Collins. How different does it taste? I have to admit I might not have ever had tonic water before if it's different from club soda.

Tonic water and club soda are clear liquid with bubbles in them. That's where the comparison ends. They taste nothing like each other. Club soda is just carbonated water. Tonic water is a bitter soft drink/soda/pop originally made with quinine bark and other botanicals, but who knows what it's made of these days.
