Disney World brunch at California Grill (pricey but pretty damn good) has Mimosas with the OJ being orange bubbles.They come with these huge-ass straws but I didn't use them.

Yeah. I got Bubble Tea in Columbus Ohio back in 2001. It's probably been around even longer before that.

Bubble Tea is like regular tea, but it usually has milk powder, condensed milk, or evaporate milk added to it. It also has signature tapioca pearls, which you suck through the fat straw and chew on.
If you get it from a cafe, the tea is usually hella sweet, and the tapioca pearls are often boiled in a simple syurp rather than water.
