I live in Colombia. Here they give you a pair of disposable plastic gloves whenever you eat thinggs like chicken wings. They're usually so thin that the grease still seeps through, but I usually double up and it's no problemo.

I feel like it's actually a pretty good idea. They also give you a small paper bag to put the bones in as well.
