I got 4 kg of frozen goat meat form shoulder to back everything in one frozen bit, all frozen together. what should i cook with it if i try to re-freez the cooked meal afterwards because its to much to eat at once?

2. You could make a big batch of goat stew and freeze it when cooked
I wouldn't defrost the raw goat, cut it, and refreeze it. It could give you syphilis

I made goat soup, girlled goat, goat gulasch and goat stew. I refroze the gulasch because gulasch tastes the best reheated the. Thank god i had visits they ate like an army of grasshoppers so i got rid of most of it.

Goat has quite a strong taste usually. I'd suggest Rogan Josh, as it's a very flavourful curry based on chilli, garlic, shallots, ginger and fennel. Hot and delicious. Kabuli Palau is nice as well. Brown meat steamed with rice, caramelized onions, carrots and raisins.

This, rogan josh is a solid way to go. I would also make biryani. Cube up the goat and marinate with yogurt, grated onion ginger garlic, Kashmiri chili and garam masala. Fry a bunch of sliced onions crispy and save them to the side. Sear in the onion oil and stew the goat with 1/2 the onions and tomato sauce with spices. Parboil some basmati rice for 5 minutes in salty water and drain like pasta. In a baking dish, put down your stewed goat, and layer on top the rice and add a little water. Grind saffron into some milk and drizzle over the rice in stripes so you get some yellow and some white rice. Cover tightly with foil and bake until the rice steams and is fluffy and perfect. Top with the rest of the onions and some coriander, and voila.
