Anyone who likes potatoes should try this nigga's recipe. 1kg of rattes potatoes, 250g of raw milk Normand high fat butter(cubed and cold), bring to a boil potatoes in salted cold water, pass through a food mill, dry puree in a pan for a while, whip in butter cubes, add progressively 200ml warm milk whisking constantly, salt then pass through a seive. Pretty divine if you have good rattes and butter.
