I think that the only thing any pizza has going for it is cheese. Otherwise it's shit food, especially all the dough that goes with it. Makes more sense to me to just buy quality cheese.

you've never had a good yeasty crust with a unique texture, cheese is pretty much going to be the same everywhere, higher tier mozz, maybe some provolone or parmesan rounding it out, way more room to differentiate with crusts.

But like, it's uneven as fuck.
tl;dr the dude is just plopping his sauce and not massaging it down to an even consistency, and it's the same with the cheese, besides there not being quite enough of it.
