I do have IBD but i figured it was the lactose in the milk giving me issue not dairy as a whole

How does that shit taste? I've started becoming more intolerant to lactose as I get older and have been tempted to try it.

You could have an issue with milk protein. Try "A2" milk which has a different kind of protein. But also drinking anything with a lot of sugar in it can cause problems too as it digests really quickly and bacteria feed on the sugar which can cause gas.

It couldn't. Diabetes meds can cause gas but not diabetes itself. No idea where he got that idea.

>if I react to something lactose free, am I lactose intolerant?
Signs point to “no”.
You might have a general dairy sensitivity though.

If you were a real science Chad you would just buy some oat-milk, run an experiment, and figure your shit out without 4Chan.

hard to tell but i looked into it once
i think its because u may have something of an allergy or indigestion in the milk thats is not lactose

or it more likely be the lactose milk tastes more sugary or something they add in the process of remove lactose.

Technically the FDA never made a decision on whether or not lactase enzyme products are effective.
