Italians simultaneously have some of the tastiest dishes, and suck at cooking. Croatia, for instance, SHITS on Italy when it comes to Italian food, it's insane. The greasiest shitheap of a slop shack anywhere in France btfos the fuck out of the best restaurants in Italy, when it comes to pasta and stuff. Best ossobuco I've EVER had, was not in Milan, but in Billings fucking Montana, an otherwise absolute food desert, the whole town is basically just a giant truck stop and the food there shows it, and yet I had better ossobuco than in Milan.
It's bizarre, the cuisine itself is bussin fr but the people can't fucking cook.

Depends on the age group. Zoomers refuse to learn to cook, boomers only make boomer food so they do shit like put raw onions in the patties or fucking throw a can of cream of mushroom soup on it or some fucking disgusting retard thing. I think most millennials have aged to a point where they actually care about their spending and health, and a lot of us have learned to cook, and a lot of us work in food service even now, and have learned some things, enough to make a tasty burger.

I have 3 grills, my Weber kettle grill, my hibachi, and my 20" Kingsford tailgater. I put diced Vidalia or sweet onion in my burger mix, along with sweet/smoky BBQ dry rub. Whole claussen pickles sliced on my mandolin sandwich stacker style. Heinz ketchup and mustard, because fuck French's, they broke the sacred BBQ pact.
