Yeah they were undercooked. Here’s the second batch I left them in for a few minutes longer. Also, I don’t think these will ever be crumby like regular biscuits no matter how long I cook them for. I didn’t use a recipe I just went by feel and the closest thing they turned out to was biscuits.
