Does it matter if I marinate my meats in a plastic bowl versus a glass bowl or just regular bowl or a plastic bag or whatever?

Ziploc bag is the best because you can sqeeze out all the air easily by rolling it over itself and then closing it. Then, the next morning before you grill, you can wiggle them sround a bit and flip the bag over so every side has been in liquid equally.
