I love a grilled great ham, spam, cheese and egg sandwich with mayo on it. Obviously frying the eggs sunny side up before putting it on the sandwich to grill it with the cheese, ham, and spam and mayo. Baconnaise also goes well on it. It's a little fattening but it's worth the calories.
