Supposedly good on keto, but it's a fair but pricier than olive oil or avocado oil.

£26 ($35) for 500 ml.

Can you cook with this? I’ve only ever bought nut oil for baking or purées. The prices are outrageous. Like, I use walnut oil for pumpkin butter. I don’t think macadamia nut is any different. It’d have a ridiculously low smoke point

Extra virgin oil will have a lot of flavor from whatever the oil is made from along with more healthy stuff from the nuts.

Coconut oil is probably better.
