Usually I recommend drinking lots of water and doing some stimulating drugs like adderall, cocaine, ritalin etc. Caffeine is usually too weak to completely drown out hunger.

the chicken recipe I posted is about as simple as it gets, and afaik is nutritionally balanced.

best chicken I've ever made. for weight loss, I would suggest replacing most of the potatoes with other vegetables if not replacing them entirely. Also going to freeze the bones from it to make a chicken broth(might need bones from 3 chickens or more to make a good one), and make chicken vegetable soup with it, which is another recipe that should be good for weight loss. soups in general are pretty filling since spiced water takes up a lot of stomach room. you'll get hungry more quickly, but a lot of times something being filling quickly to prevent you from overeating in that instance can be very useful for weight loss

If your doctor's telling you to eat 1800 calories, your TDEE is probably 2300 calories. 1800 is only 20% less than you should be eating. It's so close to maintenance calories that someone who was already eating a healthy diet would barely notice the difference.

Assuming you continue your oatmeal-and-one-tomato diet with its terrifyingly low levels of protein and fat, all the way down to a healthy weight, you still can't go back to eating family bags of chips at the end.
