marco pierre white is what gordon ramsay wishes he could be. his screaming autist routine is an exaggerated mimicry of the way MPW yelled at him when he worked for marco, unfortunately GR spent too much pouting and never learned to actually cook worth a damn, all he learned was that if you yelled at people loudly enough for minor mistakes then they wouldn't point out the fact that you are burning your toast.

I personally really like Marco. He achieved something truly great and sacrificed much for it. As he aged and matured you can really see how he developed into a humble and kind person.

Marco cooks for series when he was at Harvey's. Stuck up, and bratty/snobby.

Kitchen wars season 1. Intimidating and knowledgeable, but not very inspiring to the chef's.

Masterchef Very kind, helpful and inspiring to the chef's.

I know they're just shows, but interviews with him reveal a very similar arch to his life and philosophy.
