Horses are killed with a bolt to the head. You might think OH BUT WOT ABOOT JEWS AND MUZZIES, but oh no horse meat is not kosher and it's also makrooh, so you would likely have to procure a horse and arrange the killing yourself.

It was the swefags who served the island drunkies and britbongs horse, the meat was tested in Germany. Also horse is totally wasted in lasagna, I made some once to see if it tastes better (it should) but it was 100% like beef.

Sometimes wildlife organizations capture feral horses when their population gets too high and have public auctions. They usually sell dirt cheap like a couple hundred dollars each. Might just have to do it yourself.

I got horse meat once and it tasted better so it's no big step to try it out in some dishes. I like the humble rostbratwurst in a bun with mustard, followed by an assortment of semi-dried sausages, smoked, with garlic, pepper or chili. Followed by the usual meat stuff, steak, etc.
