I'm 27 and yes, my average consumption of fast food places is probably between 7-12 times a week on average. I'm 27 and it (plus the boozing) is starting to catch up to me just a little, and if I didn't have a physically laborious job it would have happened a long time ago. But breaking the seal on this, habituating to "McDick's for breakfast, Burger King for lunch" or even worse, McDick's for breakfast and McDick's for lunch... It's not a good habit to train yourself to find acceptable.
