That said, where's the beef? Your photography skills are extremely poor. Its out of focus and the white balance is all the fuck over due to your incompetent and unnecessary use of the LED flash. Think about composition and exactly what is the purpose of this photo, what is it you want us to see?

The bacon is fairly obvious, so not vegan.
The tiny glimpse of beef is not convincing though. It almost looks like a mushroom burger, the patty is in there (we assume) but obscured by cheese and "whatever that is".
The jury remains out, because inconclusive evidence. There is still a chance this is a top-tier burger, its just the presentation and photography is so abysmal, the only verdict is OP is indeed a fag.
