I mean I want to cook it like a normal corned beef in a nice brine just use the sous vide for temp control because mine never sits at a simmer but am worried a bay leaf or peppercorn got in the water spout thing and breaks my sous vide. I could do the normal sealed bag thing but don’t think the flavor would be on point
