I’ve tried this garbage on three separate occasions, thinking I just had a bad experience at each location. Every single fucking cookie was undercooked. They basically sell you unfinished product because they have to turnaround their cookies so fast

That's because they take the cookies right from the oven and into warmers so they never get a chance to set properly. It's the same with any cookie you make at home, if you try to eat it fresh out of the oven it's just gonna be mush even though it's "done."
