If you can taste something through a mouth full of coffee and cigarettes, it's probably going to come through to anyone else who tastes it. Actually though it's a job, they're not cooking for fun, and many out of pure necessity and inability to get other jobs. So lower income people with histories of drug use and lower education are probably going to smoke more. Then there's the whole gayass badboy thing that some chefs try to go for.
