The culinary abortion OP is describing isn't even food

>> No.18632715

I live way out in the middle of nowhere so I just use whatever meat I can scrounge up. Lately it's been wild turkey I'll start with some dried and oil packed peppers along with some fresh ones. Throw them in a food processor and throw the paste in a pot with the meat. One can of beer and then water as needed then add cumin, cayenne, paprika garlic and onion

>> No.18632726

>> No.18632738

I’m not going to spend the time righting out a whole recipe but basically lots of beef, chili beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin, garlic, onion, white and black pepper, crushed red pepper, a little basil, can do a little sugar, but then you need to add some spice to it, depends on what you can handle. Cook and top with cheese and diced onion. Goal should be that if You go to the doctor shortly after eating it he calls for a crash cart because you’re on the verge of a heart attack from the sodium and cholesterol and the spices have caused you to shit out every last drop of bodily fluid. That’s how a man makes chili. Also I dont ever want to hear the word turkey and chili mentioned in the same thread. Turkey is for women who are watching their weight but still trying to maintain some muscle tone.

When making chili from those you’ve killed be sure to get them unaware. If they see you coming the adrenaline ruins the meat. You can reduce the negative taste effects by letting the meat sit on the counter while playing John Denver albums to allow it to normalize though.

1kg of pork mince*
1 can of kidney beans
3 bell peppers
2 and a half fresh chillies
Onion & Garlic
Spices are 2 teaspoons of smokey paprika, 1 teaspoon of cumin, half a teaspoon of garlic & onion salt. 1 teaspoon of Kayne pepper, around 4 teaspoons of black pepper and salt to taste.

*I really like pork as it doesn't give a strong beefy flavour, while still keeping that meaty and wholesome feeling while eating.
Its probably one of my cosiest recipes to do and is pretty healthy & cheap.

I didn't have some of the ingredients and I drank the beers instead of putting them in as was predicted. Didn't have onions, chorizo (don't know what that is), or galric

I had meat beans and submitted one of chili seasoning package for the ingredients I didn't have

tasted very similar to my own recipie with a twist

Thanks
