My ex would start cooking something, knowing I was busy, then call for my help. I enjoy cooking, and I enjoyed cooking with her, but not once did I ever call for her help when I was cooking for her and she was busy.
It drove me a bit nuts. I can plan a gargantuan task in my head that I could accomplish by myself through a proper plan, yet she couldn't do some simple stuff alone.
She was a good cook, don't get me wrong, but was helpless sometimes in ways that could have been avoided with proper planning.

I can cook pretty much anything but for some reason when it comes to stuff involving bread/pastries I become retarded- even when I follow the recipe to the T it still fucks up. I somehow fucked up PIZZA DOUGH today, one of the easiest breads to make. The only bread I can make well is the dough recipes that use greek yogurt.

Is there any pasta? Cuz if not, that's just a four layer dip.
I make an American-inspired taco pasta bake. I par-cook lumache then drain and tip out into a baking dish.
I mix them with taco-seasoned mince that's been cooked with onion. I also mix in some shredded cheeses then stir in an onion-and-chilli-mounted roux-thickened tomato juice throughout. The tomato juice is seasoned with various things.
Finally, I top it all with more shredded cheese and bake until bubbly and cooked through.
I serve it with a bit of sour cream and tomatillo salsa.
It's sloppa, but delicious sloppa.
