i actually dislike bucatini--it's too easy to overcook and always seems to lose that nice toothsomeness that a good rough pasta should have, and trying to slurp it is incredible frustrating because they are essentially straws. but i like that you like it! like what you want. punk fucking rock, fella.

Something about the hollow space throughout does it for me but this I think would be worth trying. Never had it. I absolutely hate angel hair but spaghetti isn't terrible.

tagliatelle are best in slot for long shaped pasta, fusili are best in slot for short pasta.
tortellini and ravioli are also great, but are in their own category
