The lunch. Rice, meat balls, egg yolks, olives, and tomatoes.
Seed it or need it?

Doesn't look ideal, but seems classy in a "trying to eat healthy stuff" way? Throw some pepper on those eggs at least, or, ya know, cook 'em.

Also asking my question here because you made rice, my roommate adds mirin when steaming his plain rice (with salt too). Is he retarded? Does this also mean the rice is very slightly alcoholic since it won't burn off in the steamer/pressure cooker?

You should put the yolks in the rice so the heat from the rice cooks them.

Based, i love raisins and currants in rice.
Try cooking some garlic and ginger in the rice too for more flavor.

Are you trying out to be a rocky stunt double? Why does everyone think eating raw eggs or rare steak shows off how masculine they are? All it does it make you look like you are overcompensating.

Get a fresh one if yours is old. The fresh ones with moisture inside have a more fragrant floral taste, the dried out ones are more bitter.

I just eat it because it really is better for you... assuming you aren't eating factory eggs (I have well fed hens).
>>19142230
Not sure, I think it's a combo of salt and dryness from the air.

So I like the rice and meatballs
The egg yolks are raw
The tomatoes might need salt
The purple olives are not for me. They are too bitter.
