There's like 4 moving parts on that entire thing. You obviously have a leaky gasket or something similar and are on the verge of blowing off your eyebrows if not setting your house on fire.

that takes me back. my dad had that the 3 burner version of that grill - i rebuilt it a few times. i love the ones with wood trim.

just open and close the different valves and you will find where the problem is. i'd just get replacement burner tubes because my guess is that they probably are not in very good shape.

The noise is coming from the tank. I switched to another one and it doesn't make that noise.

This one is like 20 years old. The "flavor bars" or whatever they're called are starting to rust away and the grill part is almost shot.
