I love drinking whole milk, this is a horrible corruption of it and I dislike it. I'll probably still drink it though because it was a lot more expensive than regular milk. I discovered Lifeway Kefir on my own. Pic related is my favorite food combination with kefir. I eat it with cereal as if it were milk. The tart flavor and thin watery texture go well with puffed millet in particular. Sweetener improves the taste considerably.
