I legitimately have no clue how Americans can even exist. Look at these donuts. Look at how much sugar is on ONE donut. And an American never just eats one donut. Three donuts with coffee/milk is just a light snack to Americans. Half a bag of chips with all that sodium and empty calories? Just a little snack between lunch and dinner.

Its not just the excess thats disturbing to me, its what they're actually eating in excess that makes it more disgusting. Pure garbage, pounds of sugar, pounds of salt, pounds of preservatives. How? How can people like this exist? Why aren't they all dead?

I don't trust the additives and preservatives in big chain sellers. I make my own cobbler, dessert fruit filled calzones and baklava (my main favorite sweets, using just a little bit of honey or simple glaze). This American doesn't really consume fast food.

I went from over 400 pounds to around 200 3 times over the last 6 years
I collapsed once and broke my ankle because there wasn't enough glucose on my body for me to be able to move, they had to call an ambulance once and carry me out of a pool because my whole body wouldn't stop getting horrible cramps for over two hours. I lost 80 pounds eating only two meals a week and I fasted for 8 days
Its pretty wierd, my body just pulls 180s were I go from wanting to eat non stop to finding food disgusting
