For me:
A) It tastes good and pleasurable experiences is something human beings value and are willing to sacrifice things for, such as animal life
B) I make sure to buy meat where I know where it came from. I will to the best of my ability make sure that I buy from places where the animals are treated well. I don't condone of factory farming.
C) I don't think there's anything wrong in taking the life of an animal insofar as it has lived (until the moment it is slaughtered) without egregious and unnecessary suffering at the hands of humans (we all know how cruel the natural world is, though, so maybe we shouldn't even bother with feeling sorry for them - but I will, I don't condone of unnecessary suffering)
D) Health, we need meat
E) We are the apex predators, we rule the Earth (for a time, until humanity dies out), so we have the privilege of deciding who lives or dies.
