Now that I'm older (26) I have diabetes which is pretty much inescapable around here as all my uncles and aunts and cousins have it. Anyways, the doctor said I have to quit drinking so much coca cola (wtf?) because it makes my blood sugar spike, and then after it spikes it dips and I crash really hard and just pretty much fall asleep wherever I am. Sometimes it's embarrassing if I fall asleep after lunch at my desk at work if I drool a little bit or something. Anyways, if my blood sugar is getting ready to crash I have to eat some more sugar or something with sugar but since I can't have so much coca cola which makes me feel better, basically I just have to eat raw sugar. It's hard to eat enough sugar to stay awake just with a spoon or something so I carry a bag of sugar and a plastic container of strawberries with me in my pack at all times. If I start to get tired while driving or in the movie theater or something like in a restaurant before they bring out the food, I have to just eat strawberries dipped in sugar to stay awake until I feel better. It's not my first choice, but I didn't choose to be diabetic it just happened and now I have to live with the cards I was dealt. Strawberries with sugar is pretty good though.

This won't work because narcan exists. Junkies in Portland overdose on fentanyl every day but there's so much narcan that they keep getting brought back to life so they can overdose again.
