5/10, where's the seasoning? throw some cumin seeds or anything at all in there while cooking. otherwise it looks properly moist and granular.

9/10, limes btfo lemons any day of the week. i'll bump it to a 10 if you stick a slice of that in your corona.

8/10, correct beer for fish like this, again i'm bumping this to a 9 if you stuck some lime in. but in the future just make a chelada, salt rim a glass, throw in corona and a bit of lime juice. delicious and easy. i will say that the corona bottles are sort of stylish though.
