make these about every other week
i hardly stick to the original recipe anymore but keep the outline
>scrambled eggs
>ground or finely chopped meat
>cottage cheese
>vegetables (dont like cooked leafy greens)
being able to pull them out of the freezer before going to bed and reheat them im the microwave to eat them on my way to work is pretty comfy and makes me feel like ive got my hit together
